Built in 1918 and thoughtfully reimagined, The Manor at Worth the Wait Ranch is a one-of-a-kind historic home offering expansive interiors, soaring ceilings, and room to truly spread out. Set on 1.3 acres in a central North Phoenix location near golf, dining, and major freeways, the home features a massive private grass backyard, indoor pickleball and basketball, multiple living spaces, and six well-appointed bedrooms. Designed by a nationally recognized designer, this is a landmark stay built for comfort, flexibility, and unforgettable gatherings.

The Manor functions as a fully private, standalone residence with its own entrances, outdoor spaces, and amenities.
